At Sing Media LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized services to our clients across Oman. As most of our services involve personalized design, production, and installation, returns and refunds are handled with care and fairness, based on the nature of the service provided.
1. No Return on Custom Services
Due to the custom nature of our work (such as printed materials, signboards, branded items, and interior projects), all sales are final. We do not accept returns once the project has been confirmed and production has begun.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

If the project is canceled before production begins

If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed due to internal issues

If the final product is significantly different from the approved design or order details (after proper review and proof)
3. Client Responsibilities
To avoid misunderstandings:

Clients must review and approve all final designs and mockups before production.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Any delays due to incorrect or incomplete input from the client are not eligible for refunds.
4. Modifications & Corrections
If you are unsatisfied with the final outcome due to a minor issue, we will offer reasonable corrections or adjustments where possible — free of charge or at a discounted rate depending on the situation.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product or service, with your order reference, photos (if applicable), and a detailed explanation.
